Innovative thermal management company will present their new technology at vendor workshop, display area at leading industry conference, March 13-17 in San Jose, California.

SAN JOSE (CA) – KULR Technology will debut and demonstrate the versatile applications of its proprietary carbon fiber thermal management material at the leading international conference on academic and industrial advances in electronics thermal management—Semi-Therm 33.

“We’re very excited to share our products with the highly-informed group of experts, innovators and industry leaders at Semi-Therm,” said KULR CEO Michael Mo. “Our heat solutions are quite unique and effective so we definitely expect to generate some buzz and interest both at the conference and throughout the industry.”

Specifically, KULR will introduce applications and benefits of its carbon fiber based thermal interface material (FTI) and heat capacitor including:

  • Low contact pressure applications
  • Highly flexible interface features and benefits
  • Slide interface applications for applications such as network plugs
  • Features and applications of PCM heat capacitor
  • Portable laser projector cooling solution
  • Embedded camera module solution

“The carbon fiber based systems we’ll be sharing at Semi-Therm are real game changers because they are lighter, more flexible and frankly better than traditional metal or adhesive solutions,” Mo said.

Michael Mo and members of the KULR team will present on their revolutionary carbon fiber heat management and dissipation material:
